There are so many last minute vacations deals available for purchase, via the internet, making it difficult to narrow down where the top sites are to actually get the best deal.

You wouldn't want to pay more on one site than on another simply because you didn't know where to look to find the best last minute vacations deals.

The truth is -- it varies.  Some online travel agencies carry exclusive resorts or have deals with certain airlines.

Your best bet is to stick with the big online travel agencies.  Kind of like sticking with the bigger department stores when shopping for household items.  You'll probably find it cheaper at Walmart right?

Mexico's high season is usually from November to May.  Although you can find last minute deals during the high season, you'll find cheapest travel time to be during their low season -- June to October.

Once you've found the package that is right for you and your family, be sure to check with the travel agency to see if you can save on other items -- such as car rentals and travel insurance.
