It's 2:30 am and you're lying in bed
staring at the ceiling. "Travel Mexico" is on your wide awake mind
since you need to come up with an answer soon. There is only a
week left until your family vacation and you still haven't made that
all important decision.
"Where should I take them for our Mexico family vacation this
year?"
The pile of travel brochures from the local
travel agent's office hasn't been much help... everything looks so
good!
The confusion goes on and on as you lay visualizing exotic
beaches in
Cancun,
Puerto Vallarta,
Cabo San Lucas,
Playa del
Carmen,
Mexico City,
Cozumel,
Acapulco,
Guadalajara,
Mazatlan,
Ensenada,
Oaxaca,
Tulum,
Tijuana,
Veracruz,
La Paz, and
more.
Well there is an easier way to figure where to travel Mexico with
your family. We’re firm believers in not “re-inventing the wheel”.
So if another family that has already traveled Mexico and enjoyed
their stay at a villa,
hotel or
all inclusive
Mexico vacation spot, we want
to know about it.
Fortunately the web is a great place to find out
how other Mexico family vacationers faired out with their chosen
destinations.

So here it is in black and white, the
#1 way
to decide which spot is right for your family as you travel Mexico
is…read other family reviews.
That’s all you really need! Of course
other factors such as your budget and any special needs your family
members come into play, but for the most part, that is how we
determine where we’ll spend our next Mexico family vacation.
Ok, you say, so where does one find such reviews? Well there are
many sources that provide reviews on the net, but we always turn to
Trip Advisor for the unbiased reviews from travelers such as you and
me.
If we travel Mexico to a specific resort and really enjoy
ourselves (or not) we’ll be sure to write a review about it once we
return home.
Before we decide where we want to book our vacation we
read other reviews to find out if the resort,
hotel or villa has a good rep or a bad one.
Sure sometimes you’ll see someone exaggerating
about how terrible things were because someone at a resort turned them the wrong
way.
But if 4 or 5 reviewers indicate they either
really enjoyed themselves and would recommend the spot to other vacationers or
had a terrible time and caution others to stay away, the majority of similar
reviews are usually a pretty indication of what you can expect.
